Instructions

1.Prepare the Ingredients:

Measure out all the ingredients: ketchup,

sugar, soy sauce,

Worcestershire sauce,

and ground white sesame seeds.

2.Mix the Ingredients:

In a small bowl, combine the ketchup,

sugar, soy sauce,

and Worcestershire sauce.

3.Add Sesame Seeds:

Add the ground white sesame seeds

to the mixture.Stir well until

all the ingredients are thoroughly

combined,

and the sugar is dissolved.

4.Adjust Consistency:

If you prefer a thicker sauce,

you can let the mixture sit

for a few minutes to allow it

to thicken slightly.

For a thinner sauce, you can

add a teaspoon of water

at a time until you reach

the desired consistency.

5.Taste and Adjust:

Taste the sauce and

adjust the seasoning if necessary.

You can add more sugar

for sweetness or

soy sauce for a saltier flavor.

6.Serve:

Serve the sauce immediately with

Tonkatsu or store it in an airtight container

in the refrigerator for up to a week.
