What You'll Learn:

In this interactive course, you'll master the art of Japanese seasoning using classic ingredients like soy sauce, mirin, and sake. You'll learn to grill, simmer, marinate, and pickle, experimenting with different ratios to achieve authentic flavors. By the end of the class, you might just become a washoku master!

The Snacks:

   - A spicy twist on the izakaya favorite, this potato salad is enhanced with a kick of wasabi.

2. Octopus and Cucumber Vinegar Salad

   - Discover how to create a refreshing and balanced vinegar salad, a staple in Japanese cuisine.

3. Fish Tatsuta-age with Scallion Sauce

4. Simmered Yellowtail with Daikon

   - Learn the secrets to making tender daikon and perfectly cooked yellowtail in this traditional simmered dish.

5. Mixed Rice Onigiri
